Hi! I’m Megan
Postpartum Doula
I’m Megan Hudson, a postpartum doula who has dedicated my life’s work to supporting families. I live in Seattle with my amazing husband, our sweet baby girl (born April 2025!), and our senior rescue pittie. We’re originally from the Midwest, but have been lucky to call Seattle home for the past 10 years.
I launched Intuitively You Doula in 2020, and have been incredibly fortunate to support nearly 45 families throughout their postpartum journey. As I reflect on my journey from early childhood education to Postpartum Doula, I am filled with gratitude for the invaluable lessons I've learned along the way. Throughout my career, I have had the absolute privilege and honor of working as a nanny, Kindergarten teacher, and Postpartum Doula. These experiences gave me a unique front-row seat to the raw, messy, and beautiful work of raising little humans.
Navigating my own postpartum journey and C-section recovery only deepened my commitment to this work. I know firsthand how powerful it is to feel supported, heard, and cared for during the wild ride that is postpartum. My goal is to bring a sense of calm into your home, help you find your rhythm, and remind you that you’re doing an amazing job, especially on those hard days.
I’m here to support you in whatever way feels most helpful, whether that’s holding your baby while you nap, processing your birth story together, supporting your feeding journey, tidying up, or simply being a safe space to talk.
